Written Instructions for ToeTape Plantar Fasciitis Application

Step 1 ) What You'll Need

1 Long Strip

2 Short Strip

Step 2 ) Pre-Application Tips

Apply to Clean & Dry skin


After application rub the tape in for best adhesion


Wear ToeTape through the night


Apply new tape every 24 hours for best results


Apply 1 Hour before activity

Do not stretch the last 2 inches of the tape for proper adhesion

Step 3 ) Tearing Paper

Twist to tear the white paper backing 1-2 inches from the end of all 3 strips.

Step 4) Long Strip Application

Adhere the first 1-2 inches of the long strip to the ball of the foot with no stretch.

With a moderate stretch, apply the long strip along the bottom of the foot and up the back of
the heel.

Apply the last 1-2 inches of the long strip with no stretch to the back of the leg.

Step 5 ) Short Strip Application

Adhere the first 1-2 inches of the first short strip on the outside of the foot, just ahead of the heel with no stretch.

With a moderate stretch, apply the tape across the bottom of the foot, toward the inside of the ankle.

Apply the short strip's last 1-2 inches with no stretch up the foot's arch.

Repeat this step with the second short strip, but move forward so the second short strip partially overlaps the first.

Step 6 ) Rubbing in

Rub the tape in to ensure proper adhesion. Wait at least 1 hour before activity to let the tape fully set.
